Job description

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will handle all HR administration that relates to employee’s lifecycle.
  • Responsible for answering specific queries from the employee on various matters (taxation, insurances coverage, social contributions, etc.).
  • Work permit requests, pension fund management, family allowances requests.
  • Tax at source registration.
  • Regular contacts with authorities regarding migration and tax matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in HR with at least 2 years’ experience in administration,dealing with the above-mentioned tasks in Switzerland (Knowledge of the Swiss employment and immigration law is a must).

 

Skills:

  • Well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Customer focus and willing to deliver agreat service to your clients.
  • Enthusiastic and a real team player.
  • Capable to work independently and have problem solving

 

Languages:

Fluent in English and French.

German is a strong asset
